I think someone in the ALPHA board set up a processing channel on freenode. There doesnt seem to be anyone there, but maybe we should start to congregate. I'll start by at least being present there as much as i can. Cause these forums are pretty dead most of the time.

irc://irc.freenode.net/processing

or just login to irc.freenode.net and join #processing.

I suggest either mIRC (http://www.mirc.com/)
(if you're on windows) or Chatzilla (http://www.mozilla.org/projects/rt-messaging/chatzilla/)

And of course if you're on linux, you should have a decent client already or your nerd license is revoked Smiley

I tried to join but it says:

The processing community seems wide however...

hey the channel is still dead - if anyone spends their working day with freenode running in the background, come and join.. i'm gonna make a habit of being in channel until someone turns up.

hopefully it won't take too long ;P
