Processing Blogs

OK.  www.mp3blogs.org is an aggregated feed of blogs which post mp3 files.  Simple.

Do you post about Processing online  Does your site have an XML (RSS/Atom) feed  (What's one of them)

Please post a link below, and if we hit critical mass (10 20), I'll make an aggregated feed and post the link here.

Here are sites posting Processing content with XML feeds that I'm aware of:

http://www.tom-carden.co.uk/p5 (OK, that's me!)
http://www.fladdict.net/blog-en/
http://www.toxi.co.uk/blog
http://www.marumushi.com/
http://www.setpixel.com/
http://www.lightcycle.org/

There's also http://del.icio.us/processing and toxi's feeds for exhibition and recent items on the forum - if I can make a daily digest or something I'll include those.

(Of course, I'll ask permission before aggregating these... add yours below).

Well, my blog http://www.quasimondo.com is not pure Processing, but whenever I add something to http://incubator.quasimondo.com I'll post that on my blog. Don't know if that's sufficient.

Hi Tom, long time no see. fladdict.net is my site.

As the name indicates, main concern of fladdict.net will be flash issue.

But if everyone want, I will also introduce some Japanese blogs's processing works/post when I find them.

Sure - I don't think it has to be 100% Processing, or even close.  Just a way for people to find regularly updated content from interesting folks.

Hi All!

i usually post my (rather simple) experiments and some tutorials about processing and related stuff in my blog http://www.jesusgollonet.com/blog/
It's in spanish, though, so i don't know if it will fit in your aggregator. I'm thinking of turning it into english but nothing soon, i guess.

Cya!

I don't think I mind what language things are in.  Code is code is code, and applets are applets are applets Smiley

http://www.tom-carden.co.uk/processingblogs is live, and fetching 5 feeds on an hourly basis.

mod_rewrite isn't working, so I'm having teething troubles with wordpress, but so far so good.

Comments welcome.

Looks good so far.

Once you get all the teethign troubles sorted, and the RSS/ATOM feeds work, I can add it as a syndicated feed to LiveJournal for those who use LJ.

Thanks, I've added your site.

Would it be possible to change your display name in your wordpress profile to something other than "admin"  I know you don't display it on your site, but in the feeds the author/creator field uses the same value. That way it won't incorrectly attribute your posts to my default wordpress account.  (I've submitted a feature request to the writer of the plug-in I'm using, but for the time being it would be really helpful).

OK - mod_rewrite is now fixed, so everything is working.

Additions still welcome.

If anyone uses LJ, then you can add the user "processingfeed" to your friends to get the articles on your LJ friends list.

http://www.livejournal.com/users/processingfeed/

I'm working on setting up a processing/codey blog so I can join TomC, but apathy, and more interesting projects keep getting in the way Smiley
