hi.

the example
Library-Video -> Movie
that comes with processing0085 doesn't run.

i've read the FAQs, and did the followings:

processing is in the folder C:\processing-0085.
i've desintalled, then reinstalled Quicktime,
with Quicktime for Java and everything.

and when i launch the example, i get the following error message :

//---------------------------------------------------
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Files\Norton
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Files\Norton

Exception in thread "main"
Exception in thread "main"
//---------------------------------------------------

and i work on Windows XP Professional.

thanks!

sounds like you have problems inside your PATH environment variable on your machine.. you might check for mess including misplaced quotes (maybe get rid of quotes altogheter?) or other garbage

thanks a lot!

i've just removed the quotes in the env. variable, and it works fine.

have i done something wrong, to get that messy env. variable?
(i've never edited it before)
but hey, i can imagine you don't have time to answer this kind of question on that board...

thanks anyway, for the quick and precise support.
quite appreciable.  =)
