forum search improvement

The page to Search this forum defaults to messages written within 7 days. Is this adjustable to default to 10000 days? As this is a programming forum, post time rarely has any effect on anything.

ok. the default is now 360 days.

would it also be possible to have it search posts by all users by default, and to have it display more results per search?
