transfer information from processing to flash

hello,
i`m not really good in programming and my english isn`t very good as well. i have a little question, maybe it is really easy to do. i want to be able use an array containing the colors of the pixels from a webcam-video in flash. i thought i could somehow write the data into a text-file and then read it in flash, but i don`t know, how this would have to be programmed.
