which version have you downloaded?
0069? 0068? expert? standard?
do you have java (J2SE) installed on you machine?

try moving the processing folder to the root of your c:\ drive and see if it works from there.

go to apples website, download quicktime, but choose custom install, scroll down to bottom of list, and select "quictime for java" .. that should do the trick!
