Reference: Technotes: URL problems

Hi,
When in the reference section, things are normal at first. Going from section to section is no problem until the technotes section. The technote section's URLs (in particular for the other subheadings) are all based from /reference/technotes/ rather than /reference/.  , I got stuck for a minute
