I was playing with the "Handles" example in the examples/gui directory that comes with Processing. When you grab the handles they "jump" to align the handle center with the curser, meaning that if you let go without changing anything, you've lost your "setting" (were this an actual "something").
This reminded me too much of some finicky software I've used.

(Easy for you! But I'm still in the "whoops, you've again used the equal sign as an assignment operator when you meant to do a comparison" stage of life.)
