node space (or metaballs once more)

found some time last night to continue with a concept/context browser idea, where bits of content are represented as nodes and located at specific positions in the space according to their context. similar to the Set Theory, a user can then see a visual representation of all related nodes... to help me better visualising this, i came up with the following little demo, which only uses randomly placed/moving nodes: http://www.toxi.co.uk/p5/nodeSpace/ i really like the effect and if you've got a fast machine try to reduce the stepSize variable down to 1. this will give you a more exact representation of the boundary surface of the shape.
