Obligatory sinewave based program

Hi, I was drawing a sinewave to show a friend how simple p5 was to use, and after they went away, I started playing around with it and made this... http://gomako.co.uk/p5/sinewave2/index.html It works surprisingly nicely when you mess about with it for a while. Ben.

That's something i'm really very interested in doing. A few friends of mine make music, and we've been talking about ways to make live visuals for a while. I think this (seeing as I haven't really got any programming knowledge in other languages) is the best environment for me to do it in. I need to learn a bit of java to take advantage of some of the sound stuff I saw on another post. B.
