P65 doesn't always save to history..

I don't know if this is a bug or not, but P5 on OS X doesn't usually put an entry in history when i save.
I press command s like every time i make the slightest change out of habit but then i look at history and there's only run entrys in it.
The result is that if p5 crashes, it erases all of my work, and i have to go to the last run history entry.
so what's up?

what version of OS X are you running ( 10.2.8 )?
i'm not able to reproduce in OS X ( 10.2.8 ). p5 records saves to history.
also, if your saving every time you change code you should have your latest .pde save in place even if p5 dumps after you save.

Hmm. It's a little weird. It saves to history sometimes.
Does the "Clear History" Menu show up in the middle of the history menu for you? I mean instead of being at the bottom or the top it's just in the center.
It seems like P5 is saving the actual pde all the time now, so maybe I was just going crazy.
I'm was on 10.2.0 BTW. I just upgraded the system and Java so i'll see how it goes.

when you first open p5 it starts out at the top with previous history below. then as you save or run the new items get put above the 'clear history' line.
i believe that this is intentional...
