PROCE55ING DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT

uh, not really a bug, more of an inconsistency; there're too many conflicting references to Processing, as such as well as Proce55ing.
the original name was fun, but since it's been changed the references to it inside the readme.txt file and Processing program folder should also be changed to Processing (as opposed to Proce55ing). eg, "PROCE55ING DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT"

yeah, this is a fine point. i've scrubbed the references out of the readme, but there are likely more around. once rev 57 arrives, let us know how things look because we'd like to make sure this is all cleaned up.
