enables key presses in the editor when 'alt' or 'option' is pressed. there was a problem with the mac german keyboards, and probably others, where folks couldn't type { and } (alt-8 and alt-9) and were instead doing lots of copying and pasting. released because this was a major bug for some, and it needed to happen before a workshop.
not everyone will need this release, so if this wasn't causing you trouble, you needn't upgrade, since nothing else has changed.
top of the list for near-future releases:
- fix bugs that are breaking some of the examples
- make it easier to do arrow keys
