differnt extensoin for processing 3

it would be helpful to have a different extension for processing 3, since projects that work with 2 my not work with 3.

v.3b start by proposing to create a new sketchbook to differentiate the projects, so no need for a new extension.

in windows when once i installed version 2 and change the sketchfolder for 2 it also change the sketch folder preference for v.3b.
i have not tried it on a mac yet.
