RiTa Library with video/images

edited February 2015 in Library Questions

Hey,

I'm interested in a processing way of achieving something similar as is made by this person http://www.angelaferraiolo.com/visual_grammars.html

From how I get it she had a video sliced int in tiff's and then composed them with the RiTa Library

Does anybody know how to achieve such a thing, only changing the fact that I'm using another extension or format of file.

Any info about the code, logic or works that are similar and maybe free for altering.

Enlighten me!!

Thanks

  • Is this forum dying slowly?

  • let me see.

    no, it's alive and kicking.

    to your question:

    let me see...

when you generate a text with rita, store it on HD - see other thread.

then write a new program, it reads those texts (loadStrings) and each word or letter is assigned to one of your images / image sequence and display them and store them as movie.

  • Sorry Chrisir, I was inpatient ^^.

The RiTa library programmer contacted me :), so I'll ask him. I'll post the result on this thread!

  • the library programmer contacted you!

    That's so cool!

    I'm glad to here that.
