As anyone experience this before? I am. I was wondering if you hard core programmers out there know a way to continue to program without the pain.

stop masturbating for a week and everything will be fine.
I don't. If you won't help me, don't say inappropriate things.
Make sure that your keyboard is set well back from the edge of your desk and so that you can rest your forearms on the desk.
@mschi's advice also has its merits ;)
Okay quark. Haha very funny.
For general joint-pain, start sprinkling turmeric/curcumin powder in all your foods! %%-
It takes time, but eventually it lowers arthritis and many other illnesses effects! ~O)
I spend about 60 hours a week programming machine code, which is heavy on 3D modeling. I have a mouse for each hand (left one is for 3D manipulation). I don't have anything like carpel tunnel, but I do have some tendonitis. It burns in my wrists. I've been prescribed wrist splints, but I've yet to try them out. What @GoToLoop said is true turmeric. Go for curry. Bromelain (found in pineapple) is a good anti-inflammatory. You can look up making "bone broth" (assuming you eat meat) which can help for tendon related issues.
Although turmeric is 1 of curry's ingredients, it's not guaranteed to have good amounts of it! [-(
Yeah, but its tasty. 8-X
Thanks guys, it really helped!
