Easy Install on MacOSX
It is a requirement of ruby-processing to install regular processing, java (since MacOSX 9 this cannot be assumed to be installed) and jruby. From my reseach the easiest way to do this is to use homebrew, to take control of installing those things that Apple in their stupidity have made difficult. I have published a step by step guide here to install homebrew, processing, java (required for jruby and ruby-processing, not required for vanilla processing), jruby, wget, and ruby-processing. Take control of your Mac you paid for it.....
