But I'm doubtful regarding the JS frameworks you require for both the projects.
Secondly, What is "Outreach" in Updated hello.p5js.org site Project ?
I have in-depth knowledge in HTML,CSS, Javascript & CSS.
And I'm considering myself as an applicant for this project.

@jeremydouglass I think by "doubtful" the applicant is asking "What frameworks does it use?" (I see this translation from my students often!) Am I right @shubhamshree10 ?
Take a look at the codebase for hello p5: https://github.com/processing/p5.js-video
The main elements are popcorn.js, seriously.js, bootstrap, and jquery. And p5.js of course!
Part of this project involves creating a new video that features the diversity of contributors to p5. This could be thought of as "outreach" and would most be a part of the mentor's work to help facilitate the production of this video and ask contributors to participate.
