"Latch" Onto Audio Output?
Specifically, how would I route a sound stream from say Spotify through Processing? Looking through things like minim I see where you can move from whatever the system basic capture device is, but I can not figure out how I would actually point it at a certain stream.

I'm just going to answer this after more than a few hours of research. The easiest way of doing this if you are running a windows machine is to enable stereo recording device from the audio devices panel.
