No applet folder found on linux after exporting
Hi forum,
i have installed the latest version today (3.3) and am following some tutorials, but the things look a bit different on my PDE. Doing File>Export Application> from the menu doesn't create any applet folder in the project folder inside the sketchbook. The project folder contains some other folders (application.linux32, application.linux64, application.linux-armv6hf, data, project.pde). Where should i search for the applet folder, or this feature has changed in version 3.3?
Answers
Applets are deprecated, browsers just don't support them any more.
Depending on the code then running it in the editor or using the application will probably suffice.
I'm also wondering how old the tutorials are. You might have problems there too.
