What I actually struggle with is when any (or at least a wide range) of the blob's point touches the rectangle

What does this mean? What do you want to happen, and what is happening instead?

So basically I'm tracking shadows. When any of the shadows point touches a button of the grid than it activates this button. For now it only works with the center of the blob and not any other point
