Processing won't launch.

I tried everything in the FAQ section and I tried to find answers in the forum. Here's what I get when I debug:

Check the Using Processing category where I moved your topic. There are already lot of similar threads. The most recurring solution is to erase the folder where the preferences.txt file is.

What about on mac? I looked everywhere but couldn't find it.
