This is probably a really silly question... and you've likely already tried it... but have you tried pulling OpenCV out of your Processing library folder and then reinstalled it? I've had a couple of libraries that I needed to remove and reinstall.
I'll try that ...
OK, I can't find the folder and when it shows as already installed. Very weird.
