How to use VisualVM tool with processing?

Hi,

  1. Is there any tutorial which show how to use VisualVM with processing?
  2. Can we optimize the performance of the program using VisualVM?

    1. Any tutorial showing how to use VisualVM with Java can do the job...
    2. Locate where time is spent. Optimize this part. If possible. Otherwise, move up to a place within your reach.

    Thanks PhiLho ! .. actually I have never used any tool like this so I asked this question because I have seen some videos on youtube but none of them instructed "how to use" tutorial for beginners.

    It was difficult for me figuring out what was happening in those videos, what were those graphs and so on.
