In the scrollbar example at learning/topics/scrollbar.html it is possible to click on the top slider and then mouse over the bottom slider, activating both sliders simultaneously.

I have adapted this example to make a row of vertical sliders, but keep activating them all at once (undesirable!)

How to adapt the code at the example above to prevent both bars being activated?
