Controlling/Creating slices of a video capture.

Hey all,

I trying to figure out a way to take a capture from my webcam and create slices of it that can then be controlled individually such as changing the framerates on all the slices.

Ideally, I was wondering if there's a way to copy the capture and put it into something controllable. Is it possible to copy it, put it into a pImage and then control that pImage's framerate?

Any ideas guidance would be awsome.
