Packaging Processing for Ubuntu

I was wondering if it'd be ok for me to package Processing in a Debian file (.deb) for distribution with Ubuntu. I suppose it'd be Ben or Casey's permission I'm looking for, though I'm aware the licensing doesn't prohibit me afaik.
