hi guys,
first of all: congrats for this awesome project! it just rocks!
i'd like to show you a project that i and a friend of mine have developed. it's called Marvim Gainsbug, a Twitter based Song Composer.

vimeo.com/10076006
(sorry, i couldn't post the link)

it's a software that acts based on Twitter, implemented to compose and to play songs, with music and lyrics, in real time. the tweets are transformed in verses which are interpreted by Marvim. The melody, the harmony and the rhythm are directly linked with the words of the verses.

it was developed in Processing, using Sphinx4 for speech recognition, FreeTTS for Text-to-Speech, and Twitter4j for twitter stuff.
i hope you enjoy!

cheers,
