ps3 eye with opencv

Hello !

I 'm use to work with my pS3 eye cam under Ubuntu in order to
do some blob tracking.
But on Win Xp, with the opencv librairie, i can't display the source of my cam (null pointer exception // error while starting capture).
The problem doesn't come from winDVIG, because it works with the video library ....
Any ideas to solve this problem ?

which version of opencv ?

ive got windows xp with ps3eye installed and quicktime 7.6.6 and newest java plus windvig 1.1 and open cv 1 and procesing 1.1

running the ps3eye tester shows it up fine and so does Jmyron and opencv - although funnily the normal processing video doesnt work
