Interactive Arts Exhibition and Artists talk, UK
Jan 6th, 2010, 2:35am

I'm pleased to let people know of a short exhibition of three pieces of interactive media art headed up by an artists talk, taking place in Newcastle, in the north east UK. The exhibition, entitled Movement, is of three pieces of work by Mehmet (Memo) Atken, Joel Gethin Lewis, and Chris Sugrue, who work with both Processing and openFrameworks. The three artists will be giving a free talk about their work and practice on Wednesday 27th January at the Seven Stories childrens' literature museum, where their pieces are being exhibited. All the details and registration are here http://www.eventbrite.com/event/527581009
The exhibition itself will run from midday January 25th until Friday 26th February, please note, you will need to pay an admission charge to the whole museum in order to see the three pieces. This does not apply on January 27th for the evening talk
Many thanks!
