Remote Control of a Processing Application?

I'm looking to do an installation across the country from where I live. Is it possible to remotely control a processing sketch? The sketch uses live video feed from a camera installed in the same location...I believe I could control the coordinates of the camera, but because processing can freeze over time, I just want to know if I can reset it, or even tweak it if I cannot have access or take a plane to it anytime it defaults.

why don't you just use remote a remote desktop tool like e.g. logmein.com? than you can controll your entire pc from wherever you are.
