Frame Differencing question

I need to modifiy the Frame Differencing Sketch to do something like this:

Have two squares or predefined areas inside the same applet and analize Frame Differencing in each one of the areas...

Unfortunately my coding level is only the basic and I can't do this myself, if someone can give me a clue to do this I would appreciate a lot
