location of a transformed point

Hi,

I have question about determining the coordinates of a (say) rotated point.

For instance, suppose I draw a point at (1, 1), and then rotateZ it 41.7 degrees.

What's the best way to figure out the points new location? Is there an Processing/OpenGL function that will tell me the answer. Or do I need to do the trigonometry myself?

Toby

thats a pretty good question i am dealing with in my post http://processing.org/discourse/yabb2/num_1257374514_.html
I always thought it is not possible you have to calculate it yourself, but it would be really useful.
