sorry for this stupid question, I just a starter and doing some images, all i know about saving the processing result is snap the screen which the resolution is really disappointing.

for saving them in jpg just use saveFrame as in the example http://processing.org/reference/saveFrame_.html and change the tif to jpg.   If you want higher resolution search for tileSaver. Marius watz has a library that is able to save in higher resolutions. But i think it is not workin with the newest versions.  Toxi posted some working code though...
