Happy birthday to Casey!

To celebrate, I've fixed two issues in the 1.0.8 release and have posted 1.0.9. It's better than cake and ice cream!

+ Removed NPOT texture support until further testing, because it was
 resulting in blurring images in OPENGL sketches.
