I have created this kind of framework for live visuals in a 3D fashion with Processing.

...

AuraPixLab (APL) is an experimental application aimed to live visuals for music.

APL is in it’s second experimental development stage but ready for you to test and send feedback.

AuraPixLab is Free/Libre software. released under the terms of the GNU GPL software license. APL is Open source, all source code is included in the downloadable zip files. If you’d like to help in the development of APL with coding or ideas you are most welcome to do so.

Functionality:

   * AuraPixLab works with live audio. Just conect an audio input to your computer and see shapes bounce to the rithm, create interactive visualizations.
   * AuraPixLab has built in support for MIDI controllers via USB. Configure APL to use your preferred MIDI controller and get hands-on control.
   * Get full control over many of APL’s graphic features from the Control Panel.
   * Display text on screen in diferent ways.
   * Drag and Drop images into the Control Panel to display them on screen.

Go get yourselves a copy and play with it! Cheesy

Please feel free to send feedback, code and any contribution you'd like to share! any collab is very welcome! Cheesy

Attention: this app's aim is making available the framework, not about the visual development of the algorithms, that's why, most of them are lame Tongue please feel free to write and send new, cool looking algorithms and also to modify the source code Smiley
