Detect Intraframes/Keyframes?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if there's a way, either with .video or .GSVideo to detect if a frame is an intraframe or an interframe? If so, is there any way to draw only the information in an interframe to the screen, i.e. not the resulting frame from interpolating from the previous intraframe?

Any pointers or help much appreciated! I've tried to search but so far I've come up with nothing.
