Visualizing Semantic Journal Space (large scale);

In the process of creating a semantic space from the full-text of 5.7+ million journal articles from 2200+ journals, using Lucene and Semantic Vectors, I made a simple processing app that visualizes the MDS 2-D space of the journal space in a sort of 'Map of Science' fashion.

one bit of feedback - on my browser the mouseover for the article title was off screen so was puzzling for a while...
