Programmer needed for Permanent Installation

Possible contract opportunity for an experienced and reliable Processing programmer to assist on a project for an architectural video installation. Custom application would create effects on pre-made video content or live camera feed. Effect ideas include: change of color or motion based on temperature and weather conditions; motion activation from live feed; dynamic text input.
New York City are preferred.
