jsmooth and processing to create single exe

Has anyone got any experience with using jsmooth or something similar to create a single windows exe from a Processing sketch. I love the export application feature in Processing, but ideally I'd like the windows version to be just one file like the Mac version. I saw in the export docs mention of using jsmooth but I'm not totally sure how to go about it with jar files, libraries etc.

If anyone has any experience of doing this then I'd love to know.

Oh, and good to be back using Processing and back on the boards after several years!
