I have several subfolders for items that I don't want compiled into the jar.  They contain binaries and other things launched from the processing app.  Before I export, I have to delete all the directories, export, then copy them into a data folder in the exported program, then recopy it back to the sketch.  Is there any naming or subdirectory structure to tell Processing don't compile me into the jar but still export me as part of the application?  Also, on the mac, if I export, I can't copy the data folder into the show contents, I have to place it along side of the package.. which is odd for installation.
