Processing and jMonkeyEngine
May 14th, 2009, 8:29am

Hi,

currently the jMonkeyEngine seems to be the perfect solution for setting up a 3D environment – but I actually have no idea, how i might get the jME graphics drawn into my processing-app. I’m using Eclipse for working with the P5 libraries. Any ideas how that can be managed?

Looks like the GameType.HEADLESS (jME) parameter gives the posibility to avoid the StandardGame (jME) to open up a window... but how to give it the (P5-)canvas?

Thanks for ANY help!

this is a topic on my todo list: i've been having a mental not tagged "find how to make processing and JMonkey good friends" for some time, but never had the time to actually study the problem.

i'll probably be able to spend some time in it during the summer; hope someone else will be able to give you a better reply:)
