OpenGL on Linux64 - EXTREMELY slow
May 13th, 2009, 3:45am

Hi,
I just installed Processing on my Arch Linux x86_64. It works but all openGL files in the example folder are running at 2-3 fps. I have a new laptop with a 512Mb Nvidia Quadro FX, but an old G4 ibook of mine is much faster displaying 3D data. P3D is very slow too, but less than OpenGL.

I am using Processing 1.0.3, kernel 2.6.29, Sun jdk 6u13-1.

Any hints?

Thanks
gm
