Menu Bar in FullScreen Mode on startup

I have an exported app that runs full screen. I want the App to start at full screen at startup. It starts up and everything but the osx menu bar is visible. The menu bar disappears If you run the program, but not if the program runs at start up.
I also wanted to know if there was a way to disable all the keys.

I want the work to be wall mounted in a gallery and be automated, kind of a kiosk mode.
