Hi there,

I am new to processing.
I want to create a photo of human face using word forms like this one here:
neoformix.com/2008/EinsteinWordPortrait.html
neoformix.com/2008/WordPictures.html
I suppose it is a very complex and difficult task. Can anyone please help me?
Thank you!

Try taking a look at the ASCII Video example. Its included in processing. Its images aren't as cool looking as the ones you are going for, but its definitely a start.

Before going to the site, I thought you meant something like my Image to text.
But this cool app looks more like Wordle, in more complex ways.

The site shows lot of cool and interesting visualizations! The Darwin one is superb too.

I think their Word Hearts is made with classical hit test. The portraits might include blob detection (to find the largest highlights and dark areas) among other techniques.
As you guess, nothing obvious to do!

I think the idea to create something similar to their photo2text is very interesting, but it seems too complex to do. maybe some coding master will try to expriment the way they do. I will try your code when i get at home at the weekend.
Thank you for your help!
best regards
