Howdo again.

I've very nearly finished knocking together a very very very basic sketch which lets you load in a (very basic melody) MIDI file and sing/whistle/etc along to it, telling you whether you're singing the right note.

Latest hurdle is the lag in FFT'ing the audio input. Are there any optimisations for the Minim FFT or routes to improving the response time? Can post code if anyone's interested. Suspect that Processing is possibly not the optimum audio processing choice for this, but would welcome any suggestions.
