1. Motion/Object Tracking for use in Urban Screens. The code would count and track people walking across a public space and generate computational art based on the count and position of the individuals. Ideally the code would also read data from other urban spaces with CCTV linked to Urban Screens.

thoughts... ouch this one's going to take some time! I can see some major kleptomania (of code) going on here!

2. Progressive degradation of jpeg images for use in a conceptual photographic exhibition.
thoughts...Shouldn't be too hard once I understand how Processing deals with jpeg compression and quality.
