Hello,

Ok, Processing 1.0... uses Java 6 but what of the applet users ?

I mean, is an applet made by Processing 1.0...visible for someone who have Java 4 on ones computer ?

Smiley

P.S. thank you so much for your good work on Processing 1.0... !!!

No, I think users will need to have latest Java too.
Not a major problem, as Sun auto-updates Java now.
Note that JavaFX requires Java 1.6 too.

Processing uses Java 1.5 but I'm not sure what it targets, Java can build for earlier versions, so just because processing uses 1.5 it could build for 1.4, but it may well build for 1.5

my problem is that my main user (for one sketch) have a very old computer and won't update it (it'd his administrator job but hasn't the time for it...).

The applet works fine now but I wonder if it's going to work when I'm going to update it !!!

P.S. sorry for my English !!!
