Need your help before its to late.

I just paid for a processing class. 5 mettings. each 4 hours long

I want to get the most out of the class.

My main objective is to be able to project my videos into
various real world objects(mapping)-(triangles circles etc), only using one projector.

you can check www.antivj.com   to see an example

How Should I approach the teacher? and What should I tell
him that I need to learn , to be able to do this?  any links that would get me where I want to go?

Although you can do it with Processing, I sugesst looking first at this blog by HC Gilje:

He gives some tips and software to achive what you want.
