Automatic operation of mouse

Nice to meet you. I am worried.
I am not good at English. I'm sorry for not understanding easily.

I want to move the mouse by the automatic operation on Web browser with Arduino and an accelerometer.

1.Web browser is started.
2.The scroll bar of browser of changing Y axis of the accelerometer moves.

3.The mouse cursor of changing X axis of the accelerometer moves sideways.
Example:
-1.The value of X axis of the accelerometer changes from 10 into 30
-2.The mouse moves X axially by 20.

4.Emulation double-clicks it at the position with the mouse cursor.

I understand it has to use the robot class.
However, I am embarrassed because I understand neither automatic operation of the mouse wheel nor how to move the mouse cursor.
Please help!
